Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions.
Withdrawal Period
For goods, the withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
Exercising Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning Your Order
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you generally have 14 days to return the goods.

For an ordinary withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Refund
Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments that must be reimbursed under applicable consumer law, including eligible standard outbound delivery costs.
If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, we do not have to reimburse the additional cost to the extent permitted by law.
The reimbursement will be made within the statutory period and generally using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Product Handling
You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Hygiene Exception
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been broken after delivery, provided the statutory requirements for this exception are met.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.
